Jeff Gough is the Division Manager in GVNW’s Springfield, Illinois office where his responsibilities include coordination and supervision of consulting services.

Jeff graduated from Brigham Young University in 1986 with a degree in accounting.  He began his career in the independent telephone industry doing internal audits for Contel.  While at Contel, he took on the responsibility for settlements and cost studies for Contel’s Gulf States Division.

In the early 90’s, Jeff worked for an independent telephone company in Minnesota doing incremental cost of service studies, EAS implementation, tariffs, regulatory approval for offering CLASS services in Minnesota, and other regulatory activities.
