Dana is Chief Operating Officer for GVNW and is responsible for a variety of activities including:

• Developing and implementing operational plans and strategies for the company and clients
• Property tax evaluations and negotiations
• Wireless operation evaluations for business plans and loans 
• Contract negotiations for management, switching, agents, as well as wireless roaming, billing, engineering and interconnection
• Assisting clients with union negotiations including benefits, salaries and resolution of union disputes
• Evaluates, develops and implements salary and benefits solutions to help clients maintain competitive salary and benefits in order to retain or acquire quality employees
• Cash Flow/Budget and General Fund Management including the maintenance of proper cash flow, developing budgets and General Fund management policies

Dana’s academic background includes a BS in Management from Oklahoma Christian University (1975).  He is also President of a Delta Gamma Sigma chapter, President of the Inner-Club Council (ICC), and the Society for Advancement of Management (SAM).
